The APFSP Board of Trustees is very pleased to announce Valerie J. Wages, CFSP, as our featured keynote speaker at the Annual APFSP Luncheon and CFSP Recognition.  

Valerie's presentation entitled “The ABC’s of Impacting Customer Service,” was informing, enlightening and entertaining. Valerie shared valuable information on how you can both meet and exceed families’ expectations as you serve them.
